Hi there, I'm Jamie Lynn
I know how isolating and overwhelming life can feel, especially when you're healing after treatment or living with chronic illness. My own experience with cancer taught me that recovery is rarely straightforward. It can be messy, uncertain, and deeply personal.
As a mentor and cancer survivor, I understand the quieter, often unseen parts of this journey. Healing isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and spiritual.
I support individuals navigating life after treatment, chronic illness, or major life change. My approach is grounded in lived experience, practical tools, and a deep respect for the complexity of healing.
Through Your Journey Into Wellness, I offer one-on-one support and curated wellness experiences in Bali to help you feel more grounded, connected, and supported as you move forward.
Together, we explore simple, effective practices to help regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your inner self, and feel more present and supported in your day-to-day life.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.

Whether you're recovering after treatment, living with chronic illness, or navigating a major life transition, these sessions offer focused, trauma-informed support.
Together, we’ll work through what’s present: physically, emotionally, and energetically, so you can begin to feel more stable, clear, and connected to yourself again.
Each session is tailored to your specific needs, blending restorative practices with honest, compassionate guidance. My role is to support you as you rebuild at your own pace, with tools that help you feel grounded, in control, and truly seen in the emotional landscape that follows life-altering events.

Cancer Care Community
Together with Dr. Laura from Maja Healing, we’ve created a supportive space for anyone affected by cancer-whether you're a patient, survivor, caregiver, or loved one. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Our community is a place to connect, share openly, and find strength in the experiences of others who truly understand. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and being surrounded by compassion can make all the difference.
